• Only applicable to claims with a value between £0.00 and £15,000.00
• A three hour, online (virtual) mediation
• Cost per party: £300.00 

If you require an in-person mediation, please contact us to discuss a fee. 

• Only applicable to claims with a value between £0 and £100,000
• A four or eight mediation 
• In-person or online (virtual)
• Preparation included  

Options:

1. 4-hour online (virtual) mediation - £500.00 per party 
2. 8-hour online (virtual) mediation - £750.00 per party
3. 8-hour in-person mediation - £1000.00 per party 

Additional Time:

Should the mediation exceed the scheduled duration, an additional hourly rate of £100.00 per party will be charged. 

Our mediators have experience of covering disputes of all sizes, including multi-jurisdiction claims running into the hundreds of millions.

Disputes with a claim value exceeding £100,000.00 are quoted on a non-obligation, case-by-case basis, to ensure you receive a quote that is tailored to your specific needs.

• For in-person mediations, travel / accommodation expenses are billed in addition, at cost. 
• Claim values are calculated by adding together all claims, counterclaims, costs and interest.
• Non-monetary claims, such as boundary disputes and right of way are not covered by these schemes and will need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
